A. JOB DESCRIPTION
Understand product & processes
- Proactively engage in the end-to-end product cycle of research, development, testing, deployment, and improvement
- Use data to understand how the product and features perform and suggest data-driven initiatives to improve the product and user experience
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Department, Head of Product to build up a product roadmap
- Analyze market information and user behaviors data to determine what we need to do to improve our product; including interviewing and researching the customers to figure out their problems.
- Manage data collection for product performance tracking and improvement
- Develop and track clear metrics to assess the success and performance of product and team and support effective decision making.
- In charge of tasks following Head of Product
B. JOB REQUIREMENT
Must have
- Work experience in Game Studio.
- Experience collaborating with product development and design teams to understand their project requirements and deliver products with a focus on quality.
- At least 1 years of experience for a consumer-facing product
- Knows the complete UX/UI process for UX/UI Designers
- Knows the development process for software development
- Can use JIRA to manage designers’ and developers’ tasks through user stories
- Worked in an agile environment through sprints
Personality
- Self-motivated, energetic, and driven individual with the ability to learn new skills and grow with the role.
- Strong analytical skills, including interview users, research, and data mining.
- Effective communication skills to present complex subjects clearly and coherently to non-domain experts and coordinate other cross-function stakeholders working in a squad and tribe with the development team.
- High learning agility and a real passion for products and user behavior, innovation, and solving challenging problems.
- High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business.
- High responsibility and diligence.
